The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 727.0-P-3.1.  CCSDS File Delivery Protocol (CFDP).
                          Pink Sheets.  October 2006.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Recommended Standard for CCSDS File 
Delivery Protocol (CFDP) defines a protocol suitable for the 
transmission of files to and from spacecraft data storage and capable 
of operating in a wide variety of mission configurations.  The draft 
update currently in review incorporates corrections and 
clarifications identified by the CFDP Interoperability Testing Working Group.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2006-12-8.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
