DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Practice specifies 
techniques for transferring IP datagrams via CCSDS Space Data Link 
Layer protocols.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2006-12-22.  More information is available at the Web
