Sorry for the delay in this reply but it took time for me to investigate which resolution of the CMC did ask for an agency review on this ; I very likely missed it but couldn't find any such resolution ... but maybe it's just because my records are only from F03 meeting ?

Could you please help and clarify ?

An answer before wednesday this week is appreciated so that I may initiate the review before I leave to Athens ; Thank you in advance

The following draft CCSDS Recommendation has been placed on line for CCSDS 
Agency review:


      CCSDS 133.1-R-2.  Encapsulation Service.
                        Red Book.  March 2005.


DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The draft CCSDS Recommended Standard  for 
Encapsulation Service specifies a communications service to be used by 
space missions to transfer protocol data units that are not directly 
transferred by the Space Data Link Protocols over a ground-to-space or 
space-to-space communications link.  The current draft issue 2
      - changes the maximum octets of the Packet Length field from four to 
seven;
      - modifies the values indicated by the Length of Length field.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 2005-5-20.  More information is available at the Web site 
identified below.

The review document, in Portable Document Format (PDF), and associated 
review materials are available for downloading at the following location:

REMINDER:  Agency Heads of Delegation are to make their own arrangements
