[CMC] RE: CMC Mid-Term telecon schedule

CMC Colleagues:  We have succeeded in our Doodle poll...   March 8 was a day that all 11 respondents were available.  So we are scheduling the telecon for March 8 at 1200 UTC.  I will send out a calendar invitation shortly, and we will have draft agendas next week.

CMC Colleagues:  For scheduling our mid-term telecon, we had 8 responses to our Doodle poll but unfortunately there was not a single day where everyone could make it.  Part of the problem was a new obligation on my part, for the second week.  So I would like to make a second attempt to find a compatible day the following week (first week of March).

Dear CMC colleagues:  As you recall, during the KSC meeting we agreed that we would schedule a mid-term CMC telecon sometime in February.  I have set up a doodle poll so that we can find out which dates are best for everyone to be availalble.   The candidate dates are Feb 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28.
