[CMC] RE: CMC Mid-Term telecon schedule

CMC Colleagues: For scheduling our mid-term telecon, we had 8 responses to our Doodle poll but unfortunately there was not a single day where everyone could make it. Part of the problem was a new obligation on my part, for the second week. So I would like to make a second attempt to find a compatible day the following week (first week of March).

Please respond to the *new* doodle poll at this link:

If we still cannot find a day where everyone is available, we will then simply schedule a day when most are available.

Best regards,

Dear CMC colleagues: As you recall, during the KSC meeting we agreed that we would schedule a mid-term CMC telecon sometime in February. I have set up a doodle poll so that we can find out which dates are best for everyone to be availalble. The candidate dates are Feb 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28.

Please access the doodle poll at this link and tell us which dates you can support for this telecon.

The time that we usually schedule is 1200 UTC, which is the following times according to the World Meeting Planner. The Doodle poll should also reflect these times. Let me know if there is a contradiction or error in the time zone that is indicated.
