DLR: The book CCSDS 912.11-O-1 has a good
quality and describes all the procedures,
behaviours and data formats needed for the new
EFCLTU SLE service. The definitions are fully
compatible with the SLE templates.
The explanation given are detailed and go up to
some best practise about the data production (in
case of Transfer Frame or AOS) and some reference
to the CCSDS coding standards and eventual
changes to be provided if not only AOS but also CADU have to be coded.

Results of CMC poll beginning 20 July 2012 and ending 1 August 2012:
ADOPT: 6 (66.67%) (ASI, CSA, FSA, INPE, JAXA, NASA)

DLR: Project schedules have to be updated
(Dates are including finalization dates in 2010 -
which is gone since some time). Beside that book
authors and agencies supporting the projects
(writing, prototyping) have to be specified.
ESA: I agree with the addition of the
Cross Support Architecture concept/Green Book as
a deliverable provided the necessary resources
are available and the responsibilities for book
captain and prototping (needed here?) are confirmed.
Regarding the deletion of the Cross Support
Service Catalog Template Blue Book and XML Schema
and the Cross Support Service Agreement Template
Blue Book and XML Schema I would like to know
what will happen with the existing drafts that
have been circulated and with the comments that
might be received on these drafts. Will these
documents continue to exist as drafts or will be discarded?
UKSA: There have been concerns raised
about there not being a fully developed project
for the green book. There should be full
information about all books before the charter is
formally approved, as for any charter.
Results are based on responses from 9 out of 11 members (81.82%).
