[CMC] RE: CMC Telecon Plans

CMC Colleagues:

The results of our poll for these telecons indicate that the best dates are:

*         Monday 7 March for the next Special CMC Telecon on Patent Policy and COI

*         Wednesday 6 April for the Regularly Scheduled mid-term CMC telecon.

These telecons will be at the usual time:

*         0600 Huntsville

*         0700 Montreal, DC

*         1000 Brazil

*         1200 London, UTC

*         1300 CET

*         1500 Moscow

*         2000 Beijing

*         2100 Tokyo

I will issue Outlook Calendar items shortly.  I like to provide this info in a regular email, for some recipients that may have trouble because they may not use Outlook.

Thanks to DLR/Martin Pilgram who agreed to join us for the 7 March telecon, even though that date is a holiday for DLR.

Subject: CMC Telecon Plans

Dear CMC members:

We just completed our first telecon on patent policy issues.   In that telecon, we discussed the need to have another telecon on this special subject prior to our next regularly scheduled telecon.  Our next regular telecon is April 5 or April 6 (TBD).  Therefore I propose our next telecon is four weeks from now, and four weeks before the April telecon.  This would be the week of March 7.

For our "special" CMC Patent Policy #2 telecon, the week of March 7, help us chose the day when you are available.  Please use this Doodle Poll:

Type in your name, select your time zone and check which days you are available for a telecon (6am US CST, 1200 UTC, 1300 CET, etc.)
