Adrian,

As the IOAG location has been changed, I am planning (as CESG deputy 
Chair) to participate in the meeting at Rome. It is a good idea to bring 
this item into the Agenda, but as I have always mentioned some Agencies 
are only represented Ground Station experts without the necessary Mission 
Operations knowledge. I suggest that once the agenda is re-worked we ask 
those entities to bring accordingly additional experts.
