[CMC] Agency reports at CMC meetings

CMC members:  The Secretariat has been having trouble getting
information from missions about the mission usage of CCSDS standards.
Previously, CMC members would include this in their report to the CMC,
but lately many CMC agency reports did not include information on new or
upcoming missions using CCSDS.  However,  the Secretariat staff received
happenstance inputs from other sources that there were such missions.   

 

For your report to the CMC in Tsukuba, Japan, please try to include an
update on the new or upcoming missions using CCSDS protocols.
