[CMC] Japan CMC meeting agenda question

Jean-Francois: the concern with the three day option is that it 
condemns most Europeans to not getting home until Sunday. If we 
simply planned on working late on Thursday evening - say to 19:30 
hours - then people would be able to catch morning flights on Friday 
and thus get home at a reasonable time. How would you feel about such a scheme?
