[CMC] 2007 October CMC Meeting Minutes and Presentations

Dear Erin,
 
just a few comments to the minutes :
 
- Participants on october 09 : the other CNES participant was Mr Gilles MOURY (CESG/SLS) ; Mr Jean Luc GERNER belongs to ESA.
- Section VI (ECSS) : please correct the typo on Frank Durand-Carrier name.
- Section XIII (Future meeting) : in the paragraph on Spring 2009 meeting, please replace the term "smaller agencies" by "other agencies" (there are only major agencies involved in CCSDS and the invitation to consider hosting a CMC meeting was very likely valid for all other agencies).
