Hi Neil,

Here are my few comments:

- IV CESG Area report - SEA 
The statement that the "SGIA BOF has received resources from the IOAG and CCSDS" is false at least for what concerns the IOAG.
It contradicts with both P Shames presentation (ps4 of CESG report) and the IOAG liaison report (Attachment 24); Both of them indicate that the IOAG take the lead and releave CCSDS from this task, till requirements are reworded and made more explicit by the IOAG.

- XII New business - Special Interest Groups
The sentence starting with "Mr Soula" should be reworded as follows :
"Mr Soula stated that, whenever a SIG identifies that a GB, MB or BB should be produced based on its findings, if this doesn't fall under the authority of an existing WG, this activity should be formalized through a BOF in the form of a draft charter for later approval by the CMC of a new WG."
(NB: this may also clarify my comment to the action/resolution list that a SIG should never produce standard/non standard track documents and cannot have deliverables of that kind).

- XIII Future meetings
I was with the impression that dates for the F08 meetings in Munich were left open and DLR was to check best dates before or after the Octobeer Fest they have there.
