[CMC] CESG RESOLUTION CESG-R-0505-002(SIS-R-0504-002)(UCE-R-0504-001): UCE Pink Sheets

Polling is complete (1) and the CESG recommends that the CMC should approve 
publication of the Pink Sheets for "Unacknowledged CFDP Extensions" as an 
update to the CFDP Blue Book, CCSDS 727.0

Bob and Scott: please work with the Secretariat to deliver the final 
updated CFDP Blue Book to the CMC for their own polling and publication 
approval.
