[CMC] REMINDER (CMC ALERT) SUMMARY OF ACTIONS REQUESTED BY THE CESG

TO: CCSDS Management Council Principal Delegates

Many thanks to Loredana Bruca for sending back the completed ASI resource 
matrix.

As a reminder, on 23 April you were all asked to provide this information 
for your Agency by end of day on this upcoming Wednesday, 05 May. This is 
really important so that the Area Directors can go into the Spring 2004 
meeting with a good knowledge of the support that they can expect.

Here again is a summary of what you were respectfully asked to do:

1.  REVIEW THE DRAFT CCSDS STRATEGIC PLAN AND BE PREPARED TO APPROVE IT IN 
MONTREAL.

2.   REVIEW THE DRAFT CCSDS OPERATING PLAN AND BE PREPARED TO APPROVE IT IN 
MONTREAL.

3.   FILL-OUT AND RETURN THE  RESOURCE MATRIX FOR YOUR AGENCY,
       NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON WEDNESDAY, 05 MAY 2004.
