[CMC] Extension of Review Deadline for CCSDS 701.0-P-3.1

Dear CCSDS Management Council Members,

Space Link Services (SLS) Area Director Jean-Luc Gerner has extended the 
review deadline for CCSDS 701.0-P-3.1, Advanced Orbiting Systems, Networks 
and Data Links: Architectural Specification, to September 30.  The original 
due date for Agency comments was September 10.  Below please find the 
original review announcement containing URLs for the document and 
associated review materials.

Agency review:


      CCSDS 701.0-P-3.1.  Advanced Orbiting Systems, Networks and Data 
Links: Architectural Specification.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft update to the Advanced Orbiting Systems, 
Networks and Data Links: Architectural Specification Recommendation 
modifies the VCDU Header by converting three of seven spare bits into a new 
VCDU Counter Extension field.


The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Secretariat is 
2003-9-10.  More information is available at the Web sites identified below.
