Dear Mr. Gannett,
Based upon the discussion on SFCG, NASDA approves the adoption of CMC
Resolution MC-E03-02 for issuing the proposed new RF & Mod recommendation
2.2.8, "Suppressed Carrier Telecommand Systems" as a draft recommendation
for CCSDS Agency review.
