Dear CCSDS Management Council Members:

On July 1 the Secretariat requested that you review the Approval Copy of 
CCSDS 911.2-B-1 (as referenced in CMC Resolution CMC-S03-R11) and respond 
with your approval or disapproval (with comments) no later than July 18, 
2003.  Recently the technical editors of the document have elected to 
withdraw the Approval Copy in order to make additional changes to the 
document.  Thanks to those of you who already reviewed the document and 
responded with your approval.  The Secretariat will notify you as to the 
status of the document once the additional changes have been incorporated.
