Dear CCSDS Management Council Members:
Please review the Approval Copy of CCSDS 911.2-B-1 (as referenced in =
CMC Resolution CMC-S03-R11, below) and respond with your approval or =
disapproval (with comments) no later than July 18, 2003. Failure to =
respond by July 18, 2003 will be construed by the Secretariat to =
indicate your approval of the document to be published as a Blue Book.
CMC-S03-R11 The CCSDS resolves to approve the publication of CCSDS =
911.2-R-1 Space Link Extension--Return Channel Frames Service =
Specification as a Blue Book after an approval review by the CMC.
