Dear CCSDS Management Council Members:

Please review the Approval Copy of CCSDS 911.2-B-1 (as referenced in CMC 
Resolution CMC-S03-R11, below) and respond with your approval or 
disapproval (with comments) no later than July 18, 2003. Failure to respond 
by July 18, 2003 will be construed by the Secretariat to indicate your 
approval of the document to be published as a Blue Book.

CMC-S03-R11 The CCSDS resolves to approve the publication of CCSDS 
911.2-R-1 Space Link Extension--Return Channel Frames Service Specification 
as a Blue Book after an approval review by the CMC.
