Dear Daniel,
There is an additional item I propose for the CESG agenda. In processing some of the RIDs for a CSS Area recommendation having gone through agency review there were a couple of RIDs that have more to do with the technical publications manual than they do with the recommendation. The first one has to do with a matter of style and the disallowance, per the publication manual, of "hanging paragraphs". This was not caught by the technical editing prior to the book going out for agency review and moreover, it seems to me to be a rather arcane publication requirement but it would be good to discuss. The 2nd one has to do with the fact that semantics were associated with color coding. Per the publications manual there is supposed to be no color coding. However CCSDS already has publications in the field that make liberal use of semantics associated with color coding. I believe this should be discussed.
I will leave it to you and/or Tim to arrange this on the agenda as appropriate.
Best regards,
-Erik
PS, I have edited the agenda just to change the spelling of my name.
