Hi Daniel,

Thank you for the clarification. Just two additional notes:
1) in IEEE a new standard activity has been established -> P1964 Standard for collaborative orbital data sharing (https://standards.ieee.org/ieee/1964/11979/): any overlap or interest with CCSDS?
2) is it possible to have a teams bridge for the CESG sessions? I might be able to join to the morning sessions.

In the preparation meeting it was noted by Mehran that he is only available on Monday and thus the MOIMS report will take place then. I will cover a shorter MOIMS Executive Report for the CMC on Tuesday. For the other areas, we agreed we would have the report only once in the combined CESG/CMC meetings to become more efficient and also because we only have 1.5 days of CESG only meetings this time. I want to ensure there is ample time to discuss important topics and pain points.

For the additional points, I will add them, however some feedback already:
1/ We will have a major revision of the Yellow Book in any case as result of the Tiger Team work. I would suggest we include the Orange Book update in this.
2/ I will add this under paint points.

To be added under LunaNet Discussion Part 1:

  *   VCID reservation
  *   Lunar Reference Architecture

I added a separate Agenda Point for SANA (under your moderation. Do we need as well the SANA Team?)

I added the stakeholder/ customer discussion to the Prioritization discussion – I believe it fits well there.

For the Tiger Team –in the CESG call it was suggested that you should be part as well. But we could take you out if you are not interested in this.

Hi Daniel,

Just a clarification, day 1 starts with the MOIMS presentation and then we proceed with other topics. But when are the other areas going to give their presentation for discussion with CESG? I see them all only during the afternoon of day 2 devoted to CMC/CESG.
Additional points:
1) last Fall it was agreed with Peter to have some minor amendments on the yellow book about the nature of orange books, to remove any ambiguity about the fact they can contain both bluish or magentish content. Where are we with this?
2) as raised by CMC after my resolution to merge MIA and VOICE into a new group MIVA, we should discuss the way forward for this.
