[CESG] SIS Resolution - SIS-R-2024-09-01 Appointment of new deputy chair for SIS-MIA WG

Dear CESG colleagues,
The CCSDS Space Internetwork Services (SIS) Area Director, based on the following facts:
1. A recent CESG poll has approved the nomination of Falk Schiffner as new SIS MIA WG chair
2. Falk Schiffer was formerly appointed as SIA MIA WG deputy chair, whereby such a position will be now vacant
3. The WG has indicated Beth St. Peter has nominee for such a position,
RESOLVES that CESG polls to be conducted accordingly to approve the nomination of Ms. St. Peter as new SIS-MIA WG deputy chair. For a more thorough assessment of the nominee, I'm copying below a short CV with the main achievements so far, especially in relation to the activity in the MIA WG within the SIS area of CCSDS.

Beth St. Peter began her career as a co-op at the NASA Kennedy Space Center while a student at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. After earning her Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering in 2003 she worked on the Space Shuttle Program electrical power systems. Following the STS-107 accident, Beth's career pivoted to Johnson Space Center as the Image Analysis Integration lead coordinating with multiple NASA center imagery experts to ensure vehicle performance and safety concerns were identified. Following the retirement of the Shuttle Program, Beth transitioned to the Marshall Space Flight Center, where she resides currently, formulating the Space Launch System Imagery Integration team coordinating with numerous stakeholders and users of imagery collected during the inaugural Artemis mission. Beth now leads the Moon to Mars Imagery team that is focused on imagery systems and interoperability that will be used cislunar and lunar missions for the Artemis campaign.
Achievements include: Numerous Group Achievement Awards, latest focused on SLS Engineering Imagery Team, Silver Group Achievement Award - Artemis I SLS Wet Dress Rehearsal Team, Directors Commendation Honor Award, Silver Achievement Metal, JSC Director's Commendation Award, Silver Snoopy Award.
