[CESG] SIS Resolution SIS-R-2024-10-01 Request Publication of CCSDS "Video Quality Assessment for Space Applications" Green Book

Dear All,

The CCSDS Space Internetwork Services (SIS) Area Director,

CONSIDERING that the Motion Imagery and Applications Working Group (MIA WG) has:

  *   Finalised the content of the Green Book "Video Quality Assessment for Space Applications" (CCSDS book number to be assigned yet)
  *   Reached consensus on the fact that the book content is ready for publication;

RESOLVES to request CMC to approve the publication of the Green Book "Video Quality Assessment for Space Applications".
RECOMMENDS that CESG and CMC approve this resolution and, finally

REQUESTS that CESG and CMC polls be conducted to approve the publication of this book (herewith attached).
