Dear Richard,

The spacecraft ID address space for version 2 (AOS) on X-Band does not contain any more available space, so we are not able to allocate a Spacecraft ID to Blue Moon SN101 right now.

A message will be sent to all the agency representatives with the hope that agencies can release some of their SCIDs.

We may have one value available which is currently set a provisional for spacecraft Hylas-4, but we were missing some information to approve it.
