[CESG] SEA Resolution - SEA-R-2024-05-01 Request Agency Review of CCSDS Time Code Format Blue Book

The CCSDS Systems Engineering Area (SEA) Area Director,

CONSIDERING that the Time Management Working Group (Sec WG) has:
o Produced and reached consensus on a Pink Sheet updated version of the Time Code Format Blue Book, CCSDS 301x0b4e1 Book, and
o Reached consensus on requesting Agency Review prior to Approval to Publish Issue 5 of this Blue Book, and
o Provided the Pink Sheet version of the document which the SEA AD has reviewed and approves.

RESOLVES to request CMC to approve Agency Review of the “Time Code Format Blue Book” CCSDS 301x0b4e1 draft Issue 5.

RECOMMENDS that CESG and CMC approve this resolution and, finally

REQUESTS that CESG and CMC polls be conducted to initiate this Agency Review.
