As follows, please find a resolution for approval to publish the CCSDS SPECIFICATION FOR RTP AS TRANSPORT FOR AUDIO AND VIDEO OVER DTN (CCSDS 766.3).

SIS-R-2022-09-001, Approval to publish CCSDS SPECIFICATION FOR RTP AS TRANSPORT FOR AUDIO AND VIDEO OVER DTN (CCSDS 766.3, Blue Book Issue 1).

The CCSDS Engineering Steering Group:

CONSIDERING that CCSDS 766.3, SPECIFICATION FOR RTP AS TRANSPORT FOR AUDIO AND VIDEO OVER DTN (Blue Book, Issue 1) has completed CCSDS Agency review;

and APPRECIATING that the SIS/MIA WG has resolved all review items resulting from the review;

and COGNIZANT that the Space Internetworking Services Area recommends the document to be published as a new Recommended Standard (SIS-R-2022-09-001);

APPROVES publication of CCSDS 766.3, SPECIFICATION FOR RTP AS TRANSPORT FOR AUDIO AND VIDEO OVER DTN (Blue Book, Issue 1).
