[CESG] BETA Test for the New CCSDS Polling System

Hi Michael,

I took it for a quick spin.  I like it. For the one prototype vote I cast it seems better than the old system.  I like that I did not have to indicate which AD role I have (always seemed kind of weird that I could choose a different AD and cause havoc with the voting) as that was automatically selected for me.  One thing I did note is that it will let me vote more than once - this does show up on the list of votes cast, so that maybe something to look into.

These are only test polls. The user interface is very similar to the previous system, but we have attached user guides for casting your votes. We have also included a "What's New" guide highlighting the improvements in this BETA system. We recognize that some of the requested features for the polling system have not been fully realized in this release. We have recorded all requested features and added them to our development queue for implementation in the future.

We would like CMC and CESG members to review the system by 2/4/2022. If you have any feedback, difficulties, or questions about the system, don't hesitate to contact the Secretariat directly at secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org> or respond to this message. During and immediately after this test period we will be addressing your feedback and we will deploy the new system following this test.
