[CESG] Opening Plenary Presentation S22

With Klaus-Juergen on leave, I am preparing the presentation for the CCSDS Opening Plenary on 11 May. I have attached the presentation from last fall's meeting with a couple updates. If you would please send me your area slides by Monday, 9 May, I will create a unified presentation.

We do have available time in the schedule for additional topics if there is anything you would like to present. Please let me know and I will update the agenda for the plenary.
