[CESG] CESG-P-2021-07-002 Approval to release CCSDS 652.0-P-1.1, Audit and Certification of Trustworthy Digital Repositories (Pink Book, Issue 1.1) for CCSDS Agency review

Dear CESG Members,

Conditions for approval of CCSDS 652.0-P-1.1, Audit and Certification 
of Trustworthy Digital Repositories (Pink Book, Issue 1.1) have been 
disposed to the satisfaction of the AD(s) who voted to approve with 
conditions. The Secretariat will now proceed with CMC polling to 
authorize release for Agency review.

Hi David,

Thanks for the updates and sending them along for review.  Some of your edits caused me to check 
definitions and references.  I made a few additional edits that are mostly editorial in nature.  I think 
there are a couple of questions in here too.  Nothing that caused the hair on the back of my neck to 
stand up (always a good things, IMHO).

Please work the fixes with Gannet and fire away.
