Secretariat:  Please submit these SEA resolutions to the CESG.

Summary of resolutions:

Resolution 1:  Request that the CESG approve release of CCSDS 354.0-R-1, Symmetric Key Management, MB R1, for Agency Review
Resolution 2: Request that the CESG approve release of CCSDS 350.1-G-2, Security Threats Against Space Missions, GB v2, for Agency review

SEA-R-2021-10-01: Request that the CESG approve release of CCSDS 354.0-R-1, Symmetric Key Management, MB R1, for Agency Review

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The Security WG has produced the draft of CCSDS 354.0-R-1, Symmetric Key Management, MB R1, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed and approves this document.

And RECOGNIZING that:

The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4) Sec 6.2.2.2 defines the process for release of draft documents for Agency review, and that
The CESG, in Sec 6.2.2.2.4, is defined as the organization that does technical review and concurs on whether a document is ready for review.

and that,

The Sec WG has produced this new, draft MB, and that;
The SEA AD has reviewed and approves this draft document, and that;
The SEA AD wishes to ask that the CESG approve release of this document for Agency Review.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat initiate a poll requesting the CESG to approve this request.

The Security WG has produced the v2 revision of CCSDS 350.1-G-2, Security Threats Against Space Missions, GB v2, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed and approves this document.

And RECOGNIZING that:

The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4) Sec 6.2.2.2 defines the process for release of draft documents for Agency review, and that
The CESG, in Sec 6.2.2.2.4, is defined as the organization that does technical review and concurs on whether a document is ready for review.

and that,

The Sec WG has produced this revised GB, and that;
The SEA AD has reviewed and approves this draft document, and that;
The SEA AD wishes to ask that the CESG approve release of this document for Agency Review.
