[CESG] Please initiate CMC poll for new SEA SAWG projects

Dear Secretariat,

I just updated the SEA SAWG charter for accuracy and added the two new projects for the RASDS updates and the SCCS-ARD updates.  I believe that the process from this point is to ask that you submit the polls to the CMC.

Is there anything else that you need from me?
