David,

That is a perfectly good approach given the nature of the condition. Yes let's please proceed with this
being a RID and let's move on to agency review.

Best regards,
-Erik

Erik:

Is it possible that we might deal with the Condition you raised as a "Pre-RID" (or "AD RID")? As you say,
it's minor, and the same apparent defect exists in the original document 505.0-B-1 that has been around
for nearly 10 years. These sections are essentially the same material as in the original Blue Book (big
difference is that the TDM is no longer described in this version of NDM/XML since the info is now in the
TDM V.2 Blue Book just published recently).

If you are OK with this "Pre-RID" or "AD RID" idea, I will fix the issue you have cited during RID
disposition post Agency Review.

This revised version of the document has a number of improvements with respect to the original and I'd
really prefer not to slow down the progression to Blue Book. It can sometimes take a while to get back in
the Polling queue.

Please advise as to your thoughts on the "Pre-RID" proposal.

For your consideration,
David

    Dear Document Rapporteur,

The CESG poll to approve release of CCSDS 505.0-P-1.1, XML
Specification for Navigation Data Messages (Pink Book, Issue 1.1) for
CCSDS Agency review concluded with conditions. Please negotiate
disposition of the conditions directly with the AD(s) who voted to
approve with conditions and CC the Secretariat on all related correspondence.

Results of CESG poll beginning 30 September 2020 and ending 14 October 2020:

                     Abstain: 1 (16.67%) (Calzolari)
Approve Unconditionally: 4 (66.67%) (Merri, Shames, Burleigh, Wilmot)
Approve with Conditions: 1 (16.67%) (Barkley)
    Disapprove with Comment: 0 (0%)
    CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

Erik Barkley (Approve with Conditions): A minor but I believe
helpful condition for those reviewing the document and the usability
    of the recommendation:

    1) Please add table numbers and brief descriptions for the tables
    found on pages 4-6, 4-7, 4-11, 4-12, 4-16, 4-19, 4-20, 4-21, and 4-22
(and any others I may have missed). Rationale: a) I believe it is
customary practices to include a complete list of tables in the table
of contents section, b) some of the table are not necessarily trivial
such that a quick way to look up the information will present less
frustration/better usability for those reviewing (and subsequently
    implementing) the recommenation.
