The outcome of the discussion was that Gilles produces a text to describes the approach taken by the C&S Working Group re. the three coding books.

@ Gilles, also please list ( as references)  the papers/docs produced by the WG on this topic ( e.g. Concept Paper, Magenta Book  about mission profiles, etc.).
