AI/F19-4 JW 4 on  notion of MIB, data formats, templates, commonality and 
possible relationship between different CCSDS domains) 
5)      Production steps of  Yellow Books – some considerations .
6)      About the Spring Meeting in Huntsville
7)      AOB
