Results of CMC poll beginning 24 March 2020 and ending 07 April 2020:

Adopt:  7 (87.50%) (CNSA, CSA, DLR, INPE, JAXA, NASA, UKSA)
Adopt Provisionally: 1 (12.50%) (ESA)
Reject:  0 (0%)
Reject with Comments:  0 (0%)

Results are based on responses from 8 out of 11 members (72.72%).

No response was received from the following Agencies:

ASI
CNES
RFSA

Provisions: ESA - ​Move ESA from contributing agency to monitoring agency

Secretariat Interpretation of Results:  Adopted with Provisions
Resulting CMC Resolution: CMC-R-2020-04-002
Inferred Secretariat Action: Approve Project - Provisions have been made, 
and protect has been approved.

Provisions: ESA -1) Solve the issue to secure ISO Forms for patents before 
starting this project.
2) In the meanwhile continue the ongoing work on the related Orange Book 
Project
3) Ensure proper coordination with SLS-RFM WG for proper addressing of RF 
issues as emissions etc

Comments:  CNSA - ​Can NASA be both ‘Book Editor’ and ’Monitor Only‘?

Secretariat Interpretation of Results:  Adopted with Provisions 
Resulting CMC Resolution: CMC-R-2020-04-003
Inferred Secretariat Action: Approve Projects - Once ESA Provisions are 
met.  CNSA comments have been implemented.
