Resolution MOIMS-NAV WG-R-2020-08-001: Approval to release CCSDS 
505.0-P-1.0.3, XML SPECIFICATION FOR NAVIGATION DATA MESSAGES, for CCSDS 
Agency review 

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/NAV Working Group has completed the work, 
including several internal reviews, on the proposed draft Recommended 
Standard pink book for ?XML SPECIFICATION FOR NAVIGATION DATA MESSAGES?,
and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the NAV WG Chair 
and of the MOIMS AD/DAD,
RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group releases the document 
as a draft Recommended Standard for CCSDS Agency Review.
