Attached and also listed below, please find a resolution to begin the agency review for the Terrestrial Generic File Transfer draft recommended standard.  A link to the draft recommendation will be provided via separate email.

CSS-R-2019-07-001, Resolution concerning agency review of Terrestrial Generic File Transfer

The CSS Area,

CONSIDERING that the TERRESTRIAL GENERIC FILE TRANSFER, 927.1, is an approved project of the CSSM WG on the Blue Book track;

and RECONGINZING that the CSSM WG has completed to its satisfaction a draft recommendation;

and RECOGNIZING that the draft recommendation has been reviewed and subsequently updated to the satisfaction of the CSS Area Director;

RESOLVES that the draft recommendation is ready for agency reviews;

and hereby REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate polling to release the recommendation as a Red Book for agency reviews.
