Hi.  A resolution from SIS:

The Space Internetworking Services Area,

CONSIDERING that

*         the Motion Imagery and Applications (MIA) Working Group has reviewed the Draft Red Book for applying Real-Time Protocol as a transport protocol for voice and video transmission in a Delay-Tolerant network, and

*         the Working Group has reached consensus on requesting Agency Review of this Red Book,
RESOLVES to request that CESG approve an Agency Review of the Red Book titled "CCSDS 766.3-R-1 Real Time Protocol Over Delay Tolerant Networking For Video Applications".
