[CESG] Resolution SOIS-R-2018-09-001: Approval to submit SUBNETWORK PACKET SERVICE magenta book glfor first agency review

The Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services Area,

CONSIDERING that the  Subnetwork Working Group
     Is chartered to standardize applicable data link protocols and 
related subnetworks, and
     Specifically recognizes that analysis of onboard data link 
protocols and subnetworks is required to support that standardization 
effort,
     Has reached consensus on the SUBNETWORK PACKET SERVICE Magenta Book,

RESOLVES to submit the SPACECRAFT ONBOARD INTERFACE SERVICES—SUBNETWORK 
PACKET SERVICE for first agency review.
