[CESG] CESG-P-2018-08-003 Approval to publish CCSDS 706.2-G-2, Voice Communications (Green Book, Issue 2)

Dear CESG Members,

Conditions for approval of CESG-P-2018-08-003 Approval to publish 
CCSDS 706.2-G-2, Voice Communications (Green Book, Issue 2) have been 
disposed to the satisfaction of the ADs who voted to approve with 
conditions. The Secretariat will now proceed with CMC polling to 
authorize publication.
