Please process the following three SEA resolutions to move these documents through the CCSDS processes for review, approval, and publication.

SEA-R-2018-04-01              Submit CCSDS 350.0-G-2.1, The Application of Security to CCSDS Protocols (Draft Green Book, Issue 2.1, July 2017) for CESG and CMC approval for publication
The System Engineering Area,
CONSIDERING that:
The SEA Security WG has developed an updated version of The Application of Security to CCSDS Protocols (Draft Green Book, Issue 2.1, July 2017), and that
The SEA AD has reviewed this document and agrees that it is ready to be sent for publication.
And RECOGNIZING that:
A CCSDS Area Director is responsible for requesting CESG and CMC approval for publication.
RESOLVES to request:
That the Secretariat initiate the CESG review of this document for approval to publish, and that
the Secretariat then initiate the CMC approval of publication.


SEA-R-2018-04-02              Submit CCSDS 354.0-R-0, Symmetric Key Management (Proposed Red Book, Issue 0, November 2017) for CESG and CMC approval for Agency review

CONSIDERING that:
The SEA Security WG has developed a new draft standard, CCSDS 354.0-R-0, Symmetric Key Management (Proposed Red Book, Issue 0, November 2017), and that
The SEA AD has reviewed this document and agrees that it is ready to be sent for review.
And RECOGNIZING that:
A CCSDS Area Director is responsible for requesting CESG and CMC approval for Agency review.
RESOLVES to request:
That the Secretariat initiate the CESG review of this document for approval to release for Agency review, and that
the Secretariat then initiate the CMC approval for Agency review.



SEA-R-2018-04-03              Submit CCSDS 356.0-B-0, Network Layer Security Adaptation Profile (Draft Blue Book, Issue 0, December 2017), for CESG and CMC approval for publication
The System Engineering Area,
CONSIDERING that:
The SEA Security WG has developed a new draft standard, CCSDS 356.0-B-0, Network Layer Security Adaptation Profile (Draft Blue Book, Issue 0, December 2017), and that
The document has passed Agency review and the RIDs that were submitted have been properly disposed, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed this document and agrees that it is ready to be sent for publiation.
And RECOGNIZING that:
A CCSDS Area Director is responsible for requesting CESG and CMC approval for publication.
RESOLVES to request:
That the Secretariat initiate the CESG review of this document for approval to publish, and that
the Secretariat then initiate the CMC approval of publication.
