[CESG] Extension of polling period

Dear CESG Members:

To be clear, there was verbal agreement within the CESG, in the 
not-to-distant past, that there should be greater transparency with 
things like requests for poll extensions. The purpose of the message 
below was simply to inform the CESG that an extension had been 
requested, because the original request presented to the Secretariat 
did not CC the CESG.

Going foreward, please CC the CESG with all such requests.
