[CESG] SEA Resolutions, SEA-R-2017-09-01 and 02

Dear CESG,

Please find below two SEA resolutions resulting from the D-DOR WG efforts.

Summary or resolutions:
Resolution 1:  Submit the proposed Pink Book on DDOR operations for publication
Resolution 2:  Submit the proposed Magenta Book on DDOR quasar catalogue update for publication

SEA-R-2017-09-01              Submit the D-DOR WG Pink Book on DDOR Operations for Publication

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The D-DOR WG has resolved all RIDs that were submitted to CCSDS 506x0p11 during agency review, and that
None of these has resulted in significant changes to the document, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed this document and agrees that it is ready to be published.

And RECOGNIZING that:

A CCSDS Area Director is responsible for requesting CESG and CMC approval to publish a document, and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) Sec 3.2.3.2.h states that the CESG is responsible for reviewing documents prior to publication, and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) in Section 6.2.6.2.1 requires that the AD request CMC authorization to publish a document.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat initiate the CESG approval of this Pink Book for publication, and that
the Secretariat then initiate the CMC approval of this Pink Book for publication as a CCSDS Magenta Book.


SEA-R-2017-09-02              Submit the D-DOR Quasar Catalogue Update Procedure CCSDS 506.3-R-1 for Agency Review

CONSIDERING that:

The D-DOR WG has resolved all RIDs that were submitted to CCSDS 506x3r1 during agency review, and that
None of these has resulted in significant changes to the document, and that
The SEA AD has reviewed this document and agrees that it is ready to be published.

And RECOGNIZING that:

A CCSDS Area Director is responsible for requesting CESG and CMC approval to publish a document, and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) in Sec 3.2.3.2.h states that the CESG is responsible for reviewing documents prior to publication, and that
The CCSDS Organization and Processes (A02.1-Y-4 cor 2) in Section 6.2.6.2.1 requires that the AD request CMC authorization to publish a document.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat initiate the CESG poll to approve this Red Book for publication, and that
the Secretariat then initiate the CMC poll to approve this Red Book for publication as a CCSDS Magenta Book.
