I believe that we need to reduce 1 or 2 gears, and not get too emotional.

Let's discuss this face2face at ESTEC

My personal view is that any AD /DAD can discuss conditions with 
the AD / DAD, or
WG Chair / Deputy Chair, or
the book editor, or
with all together by mail (as usual is done)
in order to find a viable solution

If the discussion is only concurred with the book editor, this has still 
to be confirmed at WG and Area level.

If everybody  follows this approach, we will avoid further problems
