[CESG] CESG meeting on 15th May 2017 + Dinner

Dear Nestor,

Due to a budget issue in JAXA, I couldn't participate in the CCSDS 
spring meeting and the CESG meeting neither. 
I believe the issue will be solved soon and I will be able to 
participate in the fall meeting.
