CONSIDERING that: 
 
The SANA Leap Second (UTC Offsets) registry is a non-nromative secondary 
registry located at http://sanaregistry.org/r/utc_offsets/utc_offsets.html
, and that
The actual, normative, registry is at 
http://hpiers.obspm.fr/eop-pc/earthor/utc/UTC-offsets_tab.html, and that
The contents of the SANA registry are out of date and have been for some 
time, and that 
There is no organization identified to manage this registry.
 
And RECOGNIZING that: 
 
Providing overall guidance for the SANA is the responsibility of the SSG, 
and that
There is no other organization that claims responsibility for this 
registry.
 
RESOLVES to request: 
 
That the Secretariat initiate the CESG and CMC polls to approve removal of 
the inaccurate contents of this registry and to only leave in place the 
reference to the normative registry.
