I am not sure if any CCSDS YB clearly defines the process for the CMC to consolidate their comments before a CMC-CESG meeting, - which to some extent would mean that the CMC should behave as a WG outside and in between the CMC meetings- , but, due to the limited changes proposed on this YB, I would suggest that the comments from all CMC Members are just aggregated in a single document for a final review and disposal of modifications during the meeting next week. Review of RIDs would take much longer...

Attached are CNES comments in the text of the YB abstracts.

  1.  Section 4.2 Membership Lists



It would be great if the CMC can consolidate its comments, such that we can agree on a final text during the CMC meeting, The Secretariat can afterwards issue the related CESG / CMC polls.
