The CSS Area has already addressed the scope of the RFP and has a 
recommendation (Schedule format) that will be in CESG poll very shortly 
that addresses the majority of this proposal?s scope.  The remainder of 
the scope of the OMG RFP is addressed in a recommendation that will likely 
see agency review this year (this is basically a request format).
