Nestor,

At no point in the exchange were the contents of the conditions discussed.  Rather it is the *status* of the conditions.  I like your comment about the conditions being resolved - in my opinion, this is a more accurate statement on the status of the book than that presented on slide 5 of the package sent out for review.

You are , surely, aware that the CESG Chairs are not involved in the mail discussions on CESG conditions raised during the polls.

Therefore, for me as CESG Chair the conditions are only solved when the Secretariat sends a mail stating it. This mail is the trigger to issue the corresponding CMC poll

As I have not seen any mail stating that, for me all conditions are still being solved.

This is a big issue (delay suffered is too long, sometimes longer than the Agency review). We will discuss it again at San Antonio (face2face).
