My proposal is as follows

I will distribute next week the new templates (WG and Area reports) in 
order to be used during the Rome meetings
I will ask the WG Chairs for feedback (improvements, etc.) to the ADs/DADs 
 during the Area Plenary on Friday 21st Oct 2016
I will also ask the ADs/DADs for feedback during the CESG meeting on 24th 
Oct 2016
